2011年11月，由北京故宮博物院、中國古陶瓷學(xué)會、福建省文物局、德化縣人民政府共同主辦的“2011中國瓷都?德化窯學(xué)術(shù)研討會”在瓷都德化舉辦，近百位國內(nèi)外博物館館長、從事陶瓷文化研究的專家學(xué)者齊聚瓷都德化，以“的故鄉(xiāng)、瓷藝術(shù)的搖籃”為主題，共同研討深厚的德化窯陶瓷文化。

研討會共提交專題論文39篇，其中不乏外國專家的作品。與會的專家學(xué)者以翔實(shí)的圖文史料為佐證，從學(xué)術(shù)專業(yè)的角度對德化窯在國內(nèi)外陶瓷文化領(lǐng)域的歷史地位和影響做了全面深刻的闡述，是一筆難得的、豐碩的學(xué)術(shù)成果。

近期，《外國人眼中的“”》欄目將再次回顧刊載該研討會的相關(guān)論文，并對其中的論文進(jìn)行翻譯，為廣大德化陶瓷文化研究愛好者提供學(xué)習(xí)、交流、參考。

The Baur Foundation's collection of Dehua porcelains（五）

Two bowls and two small jars belong also to the Müller collection. The smaller bowl is decorated in low relief with three cranes in flight, beneath a frieze of leaf-shaped motifs(fig.11).Similar pieces have been found at the Qudougong kiln site. The large moulded bowl is ornated with boldly impressed scrolls inside and lotus petals and foliage on the outside(fig.12).The white porcelain body of these bowls has a chalky aspect and is covered with cream-coloured, crazed glaze leaving the edge unglazed and stopping short of the foot. The jar with angular body is decorated with foliage scrolls(fig.13)and the miniature vase(fig.14)has moulded fluted sides and a flared neck.

另兩件瓷碗和兩個(gè)小瓷罐同屬于穆勒收藏。其中較小的碗在樹葉狀的飾帶下面以淺浮雕的形式雕刻著三只飛鶴（圖11)，同樣的東西在德化屈斗宮窯也有發(fā)現(xiàn)；較大的模印碗內(nèi)印有明顯的卷紋，外面則是蓮瓣和樹葉紋（圖12）。這些白色瓷胎的碗都有白面狀的外觀，覆蓋著奶油色冰裂紋釉，邊緣無釉，且?guī)缀醯饺ψ恪Ｄ羌嗬獯晒抻蓸淙~的卷紋所裝飾（圖13）。圖14的小型花瓶周邊有模印凹面，頸部外展（圖14)。

The Baur Foundation, Museum of Far Eastern Art, has expanded over the past few years thanks to some exceptional donations which have successfully supplemented Alfred Baur's original collections and helped to turn the museum into an authoritative institution regarding Chinese and Japanese art.

阿爾佛雷德·鮑爾致力于收藏一些技術(shù)和審美上都臻于完美的作品，代表了中國陶瓷藝術(shù)造型、顏色和設(shè)計(jì)等方面的多樣性。鮑氏基金會、遠(yuǎn)東藝術(shù)博物館近年來的不斷擴(kuò)大得益于一些特別的捐贈，這些捐贈成為了阿爾佛雷德·鮑爾在原始收藏之外的有效補(bǔ)充，同時(shí)也使之成為關(guān)注中國和日本藝術(shù)的權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)。
